Experience an incomparable holiday in our holiday flat, which is located at 1400 m in the idyllic Mühlwaldertal valley - right at the entrance to the breathtaking Lappach waterfalls. Surrounded by an impressive mountain backdrop, you will find the peace and relaxation you are looking for. The flat is located on the first floor and, in addition to the picturesque view, offers all the amenities that will make your stay unforgettable.
The flat has a cosy living room of approx. 18 m² with an east-facing balcony, a dining table and a couch. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, hand blender and all the necessary cooking utensils. A spacious bathroom with a large window, shower, bidet, WC, washbasin with shelf and a hairdryer as well as a bedroom made of solid Swiss stone pine with a double bed and a west-facing balcony round off the interior. It is also possible to add a baby cot here.
The lovingly designed outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired: A large garden with a playground including a swing, slide, sandpit and trampoline offers children plenty of space to discover and play. Adults can relax on the numerous deckchairs, while the rabbits Flicki & Flocki, guinea pig Piep and cat Mimi are happy to be stroked.
The surrounding area offers numerous activities: There is a large forest playground just 200 metres away and the mountain village of Lappach with its bar and grocery shop can be reached in 500 metres. Directly from the house you can set off on extended hikes to the Zillertal three-thousand metre peaks or to the nearby mountain pastures. In winter, ski tours and snowshoe hikes are possible. Included in the rental price are amenities such as towels and bed linen, Wi-Fi and final cleaning. A cot, high chair, baby monitor and playroom are available for younger guests.
