Awesome country house for 6 people amidst the mountains on the outskirts of Inca, with private pool and striking views.
The exterior area of this house resembles paradise. It combines the rustic style with other paradisaical details that transform it into the perfect place to spend your deserved vacation. Feel privileged whilst swimming in the chlorine pool -of 8 x 4 metres and with a water depth from 0.7 to 1.8 metres-, and admiring the lovely views. Next, to the pool, you find the lawn area with two sun loungers to bask in the sun or enjoy a good reading whilst listening to nature. Then, beneath the porch, a barbecue will be the best meal either at noon or in the evening. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

When you enter, the majestic hall leads to the staircase to reach the rooms and spaces of the house. The first floor offers a spacious living-dining room, with satellite TV and DVD player where you can rest or enjoy your meals all together. You will cook your best recipes in the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, a dining area where you also can have your meals and exit to the porch and pool area. This floor is completed with a toilet and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that has an independent shower and tub. Upstairs, on the second floor, you find another shower bathroom and two more bedrooms, one of them with a beautiful balcony boasting stunning views to the mountain range. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, all with AC. A baby cot and high chair can be provided. There are several rooms with a TV-set although the only one with satellite channels is at the living. The laundry room is independent and it features a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The property is about 2 km from Inca, a small city perfect for those who want a central spot on the island in order to arrive to any point in a reasonable amount of time. The city offers all the needed services for an independent stay like supermarkets, bars, traditional restaurants, shops and more. In addition, there is a street market that takes place every Thursday. Here, you can buy artisan products as well as local fruits and vegetables so you cannot miss it. We also recommend you visit Palma or the Tramuntana mountain range. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, about 25 km away, boasting crystal-clear water and white fine sand.
