When we arrived the card key didn’t work so we were given a normal key for the room. We then discovered that the safe didn’t work, the pool ladder had rusted away from the holding making it unusable. The glass window/ door didn’t lock as well. We ended up having money stolen from our room. We notified the front desk and they told us it was our fault. Suggesting that we had used it or exchanged it etc. Even without this happening, it’s not a great place to stay. Have stayed in better in Bali for less money.

Mokko suites was the perfect place for us to start our first time vacation to Bali! The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was clean and well appointed, we could walk to the beach easily, the restaurant was great with lots of delicious options and the spa was convenient and the practitioner was excellent. We also loved that we could arrange to be picked up from the airport on arrival - excellent service all around. Thanks!

Mokko is a small resort hotel. The room is very spacious. I requested two single beds, but they could not offer that. The wooden floor was very dirty when we checked in and I asked them to mop it again. Location is off the main street, so there wasn't much noise. The main street is not good for pedestrians as the pavements are narrow and broken. Breakfast was included with our booking. Food selections were okay, but too much MSG in the noodles. Overall, the room was comfortable and decent size. Bathroom also very speacious with a bathtub and separate shower.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel! Le personnel est attentionné, c’est propre et les déjeuners à la carte sont très bons. Pour se rendre à la plage, il faut marcher environ 15 minutes. Le trottoir est étroit et irrégulier. Nous avons aimé prendre des belles marches sur la plage d’un côté comme de l’autre. Nous avons aussi essayé plusieurs restaurants à proximité de l’hôtel et tout était très bon! Les couchers de soleil son magnifiques! Nous avons utilisé deux fois les services de massages de l’hôtel et c’était très bien! C’est une magnifique expérience pour nous ! Merci
