We had a great stay at Villa Florence. The place is gorgeous, the staff are wonderful and it’s in a fantastic location! Short walk to all the Seminyak action. Thanks to our wonderful host Jess also who was so easy to communicate with 🙏 would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

A bit disappointing but a great location

We booked 12 days at this villa hoping for a pretty lux experience but were fairly disappointed overall. The place could be great but lacks the proper attention a 5 star villa gets. First off the pros -The location is excellent! A short walk to seminyak Main Street and was easy for our kids to walk to and from. Jess the villa manager did try and fix the problems we had but also I think she doesn’t have the staff to execute the product that she is promoting. The ability to close off the living room to keep bugs out is great! Cons - The noise is TERRIBLE! My husband barely slept the whole time we stayed there because none of the doors are sealed and there is constant motorbike noise and a barking dog that barks from 11pm - 5am that lives across the road. The noise sealing is so bad that you can hear the person next door sweeping the street with a broom early in the morning. The cleaning - this one is HUGE! And separates the villa from being 4-5 star to 3 star. While Emma is a lovely person the cleaning standards are less than subpar. The floors are filthy! She sweeps and ‘mops’ everyday but there is food and stuff caked into the floor that would just need a good scrub off. And dragging a dirty water mop over it everyday doesn’t cut it.After looking at all the taps and water spouts there was caked up minerals and dirty stuff all over them - our shower only had 6 holes actually shooting water out until I asked them to clean it (and then cleaned it myself)

Needs a major clean and renovation

The property is in a good location, unfortunately when we arrived there is a building site two doors up. That night there was music coming from a nearby villa, finished around 1.00pm. The property is in need of a major overhaul. It is dated, not real safe around the pool area. If you are an older person trying to get out of the pool, it is very hard. It needs a hand rail. I put my hand under the coping, there was green slime. Too many levels in bathroom, plus around the pool area. The heading states luxury villa????? Cleaning is not really evident

We had a great stay at the Florence Villa, property was clean and tidy, bedding was clean and comfortable, 60L of drinking water supplied. Emma and Broto where excellent they kept the place clean daily and attended to all our request including a private chef to cook our floating pool breakfast fresh in our kitchen and laundry. Highly recommend staying here and would stay again.

The villa could do with some updates, like painting and a new mattress in room 1. Plus a safe box would have been great. The aircon in the upstairs bedroom was very good possibly may need updating.

We only stayed 1 night (out of 5 nights)

The open kitchen and loungeroom was lovely. The upstairs bedroom was okay as well. It was the downstairs bedrooms for us that we really could not spend another night in. They both had a real mould/damp smell. The paint on the walls and roof of the bedrooms looked like they had 1 coat plus brown stains. One bedroom had a huge bubble (of water) behind the paint on the wall and 2 of the bedrooms was leaking from the bedside lamps. The bedrooms really need some work done to them as well as something as simple as white sheets instead of dark blue. The bathrooms were fine. The pool....on first look, it looked welcoming but on closer look, there were broken tiles and the 1 step into the pool was so steep you had to sit on your bum to get into the pool and the depth of the pool is so deep all the way across, I was unable to stand in it (my son could who is 6'5). We did not get any refund but that was expected as it was a non-refundable booking. We also know for a fact that some jewellery was left behind but this too was "apparently" not found either. On a positive note, I think this property would suit younger guys and gals (early 20's) as the location is a 5-10 flat walk to eat street, flea markets and Ku Ta Da

WOW WOW WOW. Best Villa I have stayed in Bali so far.

The Villa was absolutely amazing. We loved everything about it. Impeccable service. The concierge was very helpful. I would highly recommend it. It was the perfect accommodation for our family. We loved that there was no TV it gave us the much needed time to connect as a family. Loved how the communication with staff was easy, and always found they got back to you within an hour of a request. Very helpful, this made our holiday pain free, and relaxing. Thank you to all the staff, we will be 100% be coming back.

Served a purpose!

Great for a group of friends, central location, loved the pool! Would have loved better sheets on the bed, and just some more luxurious touches. But price wise cannot complain! Lovely staff!
