불편했던 체크인

비대면 체크인이라 약간 불편했어요. 호텔 주변 도로들이 좁고 번잡한 곳인데 건물 이름이 쉽게 눈에 띄지 않았고 예약한 호텔 이름과 달라서 당황스러웠어요. 호텔 입구에 들어가서야 인투라온이라고 확인할 수 있었는데 처음 방문하거나 사전 정보가 없는 투숙객은 불편할수 있을것 같아요.
