Overall, it was good. Don’t have high expectation when it comes to being new or updated. It’s a little outdated cosmetically, but I knew that when booking and was fine with it. My toilet seat was a little wobbly, but didn’t mind too much to report it. The staff were great. For a size of this hotel, I couldn’t understand why there’s only two washer and two dryers. The dryer took many sessions to get the clothes to dry. That wasn’t helpful. Very convenient to all the places.

Location was good, especially as the Airport Limousine stop is right outside the hotel. However staff were not helpful. When I asked them for advice on where to go, they told me to look online.

The location is superb. It’s a 10 minute walk Gyeongbokgung Palace and a few minutes from City Hall station. 1 station from Seoul station. Convenient store GS25 is next door. The room is spacious, a true 4 star hotel, with 5 star location. Great customer service.

Great location near to two subway lines. The reception staff can speak very good English. Cleaning staff are professional and friendly. The best part is the gym for fitness lover. Big and with huge range of equipments!

It is a very fine hotel. The rooms and clean and a good size. The shower had great water pressure and they provided enough towels, etc. Best of all it is located in a great location for touring. The bus stop for the bus to take you to the airport is a great thing. I enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is old need some upgrade. Our level hallway has weird smell. No amenities was available, only for purchase! Beds were not always made everyday
