Good Place in Gangham

Excellent service. Staff is attentive and available. Elevator availability is a challenge. We spent a lot of time waiting for elevators. Check in is on the 9th floor, but they have a person to greet you in the lobby

It was holiday season, so with only 3 lifts you have to wait a long time for one to come. The room was nice and the hotel has a nice bar and foot 'spa' (just hot shallow pool, but nice). There's not much in the area to do once you've done the mall, Starfield library etc. The L7 at Myeongdong is better for tourists and as a bonus they also have a great coffee machine in the hotel lobby. The other annoyance at this hotel is they won't lend you a plate for the microwave to reheat your food. The cleaning team were fab and everyone was friendly.

Good hotel to stay near the COEX convention center

It is a good hotel to stay, walking distance to subway, and Coex convention center and shopping mall and other stores, also with many restaurants near by Poor Jun and no steam/Sauna Breakfast is average , it needs to be improved with more fruits more Asia dishes I would satay here again
