Clean spacious rooms. Very convenient to have a floor with microwave, luggage storage lockers and laundry machines. Water dispensers were on each floor as well as two water bottles per day in the rooms. Close to the subway and airport bus stop.

Great location, clean room and the best front desk staff ever! The front desk staff at check was extremely nice and let us check in early. After we checked out, I had to call the the hotel because we left our medication in the room. The staff I spoke to was extremely helpful. Excellent staff!

Great location, room ok

The location was choice and the staff amazing. While the beds were comfortable, be prepared to have only one pillow per person in Seoul. You can always ask for another. The room was fine, but needed updating and we had to ask for the AC to be turned down. Seemed a little dingy and the shower was hard to get in and out of plus kept going from warm, to hot to cold and back again. While the staff was great and the location perfect, I would not stay here again. However, the price is what you would expect.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Myeongdong, making it a very strategic choice for shopping and exploring the area. However, the property is quite dated, and the rooms are extremely small — which may not suit everyone's comfort preferences. While the location is excellent, I personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

This hotel was great. Right in the middle of myeongdong. Loved how the night market and shops were right there. You could just walk right out and there was always something to do. The subway was also super close than most other hotels I’ve seen. I think the location is what is best about the hotel. The room was great for sleeping and quiet. We had a nice corner room on the top. It was nice to just look outside and see the weather and what people were wearing to judge what to wear out. AC nice and cold for the hot days. The rooms are a bit small so opening a full suitcase out could be tough unless you do it on the bed. Plenty of room for a place to just sleep and then go out to see Seoul. Toilet and shower was nice. Front desk very helpful. Only 2 elevators for the whole hotel so sometimes have to wait or squeeze in with people and their stuff. Tried to use the washing machine but there is only one so never got a chance as it was always being used. Overall I loved our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you nine trees for a wonderful experience
