Although the staff was kind, they were only available for short periods of time each day. Staffing was also very limited. Overall, the hotel has all the potential to be everything it advertises, but it appears that post Olympics it has not been able to retain the level of cleanliness, amenities, or other offerings listed on the website. Even little things like not having a microwave in the room and having to go to the lobby for a basic Ramen was outside of the level I expected for this type of Hotel. Having traveled extensively the last six months I feel like the bed quality was subpar, I had to clean and dust areas that are not often used, and it just did not live up to the expectations that the pictures and advertising provided. It was, however, extremely convenient to where we needed to be, and very accessible to public transportation. I would consider a mid-level hotel at best.
