Enjoy your beautiful vacation in a country house in typical Tuscan style with large surrounding land in the hills between Montecatini Terme and Pistoia, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The property with lawn and garden is equipped with table tennis, slide and swing, barbecue, gazebo, tables and chairs for outdoor meals; beautiful and lighted bean-shaped pool equipped with shower, sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas; The access road is partially (about 200 m) unpaved. First floor: living room with satellite TV and bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden; 2 bathroom WC; living room with TV and fireplace, with direct exit to the garden; kitchen with direct exit to the garden; with independent access from outside a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Second floor: 4 double bedrooms (one with extra bed), each with bathroom with shower. Another 4 double rooms, each with a bathroom with shower, have access from the outside. On the first floor one room remains closed as well as the cellar. Some distances: 10 km Pistoia, 37 km from Lucca, 42 km from Florence, 53 km from Pisa, 60 km from Viareggio and the beaches of Versilia. 3 km grocery stores and restaurant, 4.5 km supermarket and stores of all kinds, 8 km riding stable, 9 km spas, golf course and tennis.
