This hotel was absolutely phenomenal..very clean.. housekeepers clean room every other day .when the current would go out within 1 minute the back up generator kicked in..I told our house keeper that I was getting married and she surprised us by decorating the room with beautiful wedding decorations and she took videos and she surprised us after we got home from our wedding the management was wonderful my flight was cancelled to the following night and the manager allowed us another night in the same room gave me a reasonable rate and a free late check out .I saw so many beautiful monkeys on the property I didn't have to pay to go to the monkey park because the monkeys would visit the property you can do your currency exchange near by restaurant was on site with good prices the food was excellent on the property and other surrounding areas the workers always all day working on yardwork and repairs .no noise perfect stay it took months of looking for a hotel air b and b..I made a good choice the electricity and wifi was free.. I'm about to rebook for my next visit..I highly recommend this hotel...

Really enjoyed our stay at Kololi sands. The staff are friendly. The pool and beach space is relaxing and the apartments are great. They are cosy, clean and comfortable and perfect for families. There were 3 major downsides to our trip- the pool private to our apartment was freezing and was never in the sun. This made us not utilise it at all. The communication prior to our arrival was really bad and at times border line rude from those who were managing the WhatsApp number. If it was not for the amazing Foday who addressed it all, I am not sure I would felt positive about the upcoming trip. Would really encourage the establishment to train the reception staff and ensure that the number managed is always online or identify parallel ways for incoming guests to communicate. Finally, I had the most horrible beeping from the electricity box outside our apartment throughout the entire stay- this could not be addressed and seems to be a result of the different management within the apartments. That said the bistro food was great and a special shout out to Mallang and Zainab at restaurant and Ahmadou by pool side. The warmth and the comfort of the place made all the challenges seem irrelevant.

This place is awesome. You have washer and dryer in units and that makes for a better stay experience. Area is always clean and safe. Apartments are modern and unique from one another. The beach is on the properties and there are several in ground pools to enjoy. It's a great place to stay in the Gambia.

It was truly magical. I had a first-floor corner apartment, washer and dryer was convenient, private pool and deck, and great beach view. With ocean sounds at night. Security is absolute, the pools on the property and landscaping are colorful, the bar staff so nice, and the nice touches like LED colored lighting for the ceiling were soothing. The walk up the hill to the strip is a little dark and lonely, but there are various security guards for the convention center and Kololi Sands within earshot. Just an observation, not an issue. Everything is very well maintained, and the staff, again, are really nice.

Het ziet er mooi uit, maar van dichtbij vallen ook dingen tegen: lakens met gaten of delen gelijmd, we hadden een plafond met lekkage. Verder is het bed niet super groot, dat is jammer. Barpersoneel is niet vriendelijk, en efficiëntie en westerse hospitality kennen ze nog niet echt (misschien ook niet verwachten). Tot slot deed wifi het niet en hierbij werden we ook niet geholpen! Wel mooie locatie, fijn zwembad, lekker balkon
