The cabin was excellent. The bedrooms were spacious, though we personally didn't like the memory foam beds. They were too hard. The bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was a little small for multiple people, but still nice and well stocked on small appliances and all the cooking, eating, and drinking supplies you could need. They do need to do a deep clean on the coffee pot and toaster though. The pool table needs to be replaced, as it's unlevel and some of the rails are dead. Overall though the cabin was very nice. A great view and the hot tub was nice. We would stay there again.
This property and the host were both wonderful. It was really the whole package all the way around. The views were awesome without a Billy goat climb. Adam responded to all messages promptly and is a wonderful host. We will be back again
What a perfect week with the family! Cabin was close to everything- we did Dollywood, Tanger Outlets, Extreme GoGarts, Wonderworks and some hiking near Gatlinburg. We cooked almost every meal and enjoyed evenings on the porches with the swings and rocking chairs. The view was just incredible. Beds were comfy and our 11y/o thought the futon in the den was too! Loved having extra blankets and throws and the low lights/lamps made the cabin cozy. The pool table, foosball and arcade games were a hit and our young adults enjoyed the hot tub. Adam was an attentive host and excellent communicator and I really appreciated that his cleaners don't use scented detergents or put air fresheners in the house! I don't think we could have found a better house for our family!
My family and I rented this cabin for the Thanksgiving weekend and had a marvelous time. It was the perfect place for us. Very cozy with everything we needed. Appreciated help with the TV when we had issues. Great property and owner.
Our family of four (2 teenagers) just spent 7 nights in this incredible cabin. We hated to leave. Pictures don't do the view off the back decks justice (do they ever in the smokies?). Check in process was simple, cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, views out back are to die for.....what more do you need? This cabin had more than enough space for us. So much so we each had our own level when it came time to unwind. My 16 year old daughter loved the lower level....was like her own apartment down there complete with king bed, full bath, living room with TV and separate deck and hot tub. My 14 year old son took the upper level which had a pool table and multicade unit. The wife and I took the main level. We didn't use the bunk beds that were also available on the lower level.
This cabin sits almost at the very top of the road that you take up through this complex of cabins so you really couldn't get much higher in this particular area. Which is part of what makes the spectacular views. Drive up to the cabin isn't bad. Yea it's steep and windy, but what isn't around there parts? I've rented cabins that are far more difficult to access than this one. It's very close to Sevierville....about 3 miles to Walmart in town.
Also the host is super responsive. We had a minor hiccup with the hot tub upon arrival with a small leak, but the host arranged for maintenance to take care of it right away which it was. Couldn't ask for more than that.
This cabin was described in the pictures provided on listing. Three (3) wonderful views looking towards the Great Smoky Mountains. The lower level deck railing really needs some of attention, loose and wobbly. Overall, inside the cabin was in great condition. Four bedrooms and each level had plenty of sofa beds. Game room on lower and upper level.
We were very pleased with the property. The only problem we had was with the air conditioning for the main level, it did not work the entirety of our stay. We were offered our money back, minus the VRBO fee and the nights we had already stayed. It wasnât necessary to leave as the nights were cool, we had fans as we were in town for baseball and brought them with us. We opened the upstairs door and windows at night and shut all the blinds during the day. We mainly used it as a nice place to sleep and relax, we were gone during the day. Even though it was a great inconvenience, we highly enjoyed the property. One suggestion would be to top some of the trees so you have a better view from the lower two levels.
The property needs some attention. Several railings are rotten and about to fall. It would be a long fall for someone if they broke. The overall was ok. Iâm not positive but my wife and I stayed on the main floor (middle) and we both have several (15-20) bites. After some research on our way home today we THINK we may have gotten bitten by bed bugs. Definitely something in that room. The other guests did not. Many many things were damaged or needed fixing. After each guest had to sign separate documents I was expecting this to be a perfect cabin. It was not. I stay at many VRBOâs and have never left a comment. This one needs it though. All the comments I read were great. The place was not. Sorry. Have lots of photos and videos of the property if someone tries to deny what Iâve said. Hope this helps someone else.
This cabin was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Easy to get to, private, and incredible views. The bedroom layout and overall space worked very well for the 7 of us. The kids absolutely loved having a downstairs space all to themselves. Fantastic cabin!
We loved our visit. Came in for a baseball tournament over the 4th. Two sets of grandparents, my four children and my wife all loved it. So much to do so close, and the view in the morning and the night was the perfect kickoff to the day, and calming experience in the evening.
This property was beautiful, spacious, clean and had amazing views. It was convenient to attractions but offered solace from the crowds. Host was very accessible and checked in daily. Our family had a wonderful time and we would definitely recommend this cabin!
Our family of 5 just spent 5 days at this beautiful cabin, and already want to go back! The cabin itself is super clean, so cozy, and the views are AMAZING! There are other cabins near you, but you still feel secluded! It is a quick 10/15ish min drive to the Pigeon Forge attractions area - includes gas stations and grocery in case you left anything at all behind. We already miss it, and hope to book another trip back very soon! Thanks for sharing this awesome place with us!

The views are the best of any place we have stayed in the area. The house is very spacious and well layed out for many guests and gorgeous too. Communication was awesome as well. I highly recommend this as your next get away spot.
Everything was exactly like the pictures, and the views are amazing. Adam checked on us daily and responded if we had any questions. It was clean! We all loved the Hot tub, pool table and arcade games. We will definitely be going back.
We knew it was going to be a great vacation. First, the view is stunning. Second, we had a visit on our porch from a very curious black bear! The cabin was clean, everything worked and
we had no problems. Perfect!
This cabin had a great location- close enough to places to visit but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. It had a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living areas, plenty of extra things to keep everyone entertained. We only had about a 20 min drive to Dollywood (and Parrot Mountain- a huge surprise that was worthwhile) and about 30-45 min to smoky mtn park trails. The roads to the cabin were easy to maneuver. We were glad we made this choice and would happily choose it again.
The host was the MOST responsive I have ever encountered. He messaged me details ahead of time so I knew exactly what to expect and responded promptly about even minor things.
Our group of 5 stayed here for 3 nights in the middle of July 2022 on our road trip through Tennessee. The property is just as described, with plenty of room for us. Beautifully decorated and comfortable beds. Panoramic view of the mountains from the top and middle balcony and some from the lowest balcony as well. I didnât have a chance to try the hot tub. There is forest below and at the sides. There is one other similar cottage next door, but donât let that be a deterrent as you wouldnât even know itâs there. It is shielded by trees and you feel secluded. Itâs very quiet and relaxing. At night the trees come alive with chirping from some kind of tree cicada I think and every night at precisely 9:40 Dollywood has fireworks which you can see when you stand on the balcony. Easy to access by road and you donât need 4 wheel drive (we had a minivan). 10 min drive into town.
Our host Adam was always quick to respond. The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable and there was plenty to do each evening. The games made for great evening time fun for the family after a long day hiking in the Smokies! Definitely recommend this cabin!
Great trip with friends and family in this spacious cabin with amazing view. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, many large beds, and lots of entertainment. My only constructive criticism is the stock speakers on the bedroom TVs is horrendous, but hardly a deal breaker. Only matters for those of us that like to fall asleep with mindless TV running in the background. The owner was incredibly responsive any time I reached out, even when I messaged at midnight due to an area wide power outage (something that was, of course, NOT the fault of the property, but likely the result of the local storms we were having). I highly recommend this property.
This cabin was amazing! It was conveniently located and had everything we needed for our group of 9. The kids loved the game room area and the pool table. We loved the rockers on each deck (plenty of seating for all!), the views were so good! We were even able to see fireworks from Dollywood at night. Would definitely recommend!
Beautiful home for our multi-generational group. Adam was a truly professional host and check-in/check-out were a breeze. House was VERY clean. Location was perfect for us... quiet hilltop with GREAT mountain views from the main and upper level decks (could see the fireworks from Dollywood, too) and only 15 to 20 minutes from all of the attractions we wanted to see. Hope to stay here again on our next trip to the Smoky Mountains.
