This cabin was a pure oasis on our recent trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It is far enough away from both that you are away from the lights and bustle, but can still get to either city in less than 15 min. The roads are fine for any level of vehicle, but watch out for potholes as there are some major ones on the way in. the roads are also narrow so there may be some close passes but we rarely encountered any traffic. TRAFFFIC HACK - there is a back way to get to pigeon forge that only adds 2 min and allows you to enter strip as far as mid way down if you are there on a peak weekend. Parking was ample for 2-3 cars and the interior of the cabin was amazing. Every listed item functioned as advertised with exception of the hot tub which needed to have some TLC from the maintenance team. They do refill it after each stay, but they use very hard water and the scale had all but one of the jets blocked. Bathrooms were very clean, albeit the towels provided are a bit on the small side. We also noted that while there are two baths, the stoppers were not available to fill the tub for our little one. AC worked great and had no issues keeping the place comfortable. The only real concern we had was that a couple of the listed "free ticket" options had been removed between the time we booked to the time we got the link to purchase daily tickets. Just make sure you verify your events and availability before booking as they can apparently change without notice.
