Room was very clean and nice. I did not eat in the dining room but had on the go snacks. Property is beautiful and very tranquil. Staff was amazing. I loved the Starbucks coffee too.

We ordered room service and it went to wrong room. I called to check in it and they claimed we didn’t accept it. So I called and told them and they tried to say the phone and the room number didn’t match. There was supposedly a program issue. Finally it came but not what we ordered. We had cold eggs etc. the whole experience was a mess that could have been handled if they would just listen to us. Still got charged and no apology. I’m amazed on the lousy service at a place we visit a lot.

If you plan to go to Dollywood this is the place to stay! Shuttle to and from the park is so convenient! Everyone in your party receives a time saver pass which is a big perk when the park is crowded. Well worth the price of the room!

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The trolly to and from Dollywood was a lifesaver! The ticket desk was very helpful with helping us get reservations at Dollywood Stampede! The timesaver bracelet was awesome and helped us get rides easier! I ordered a pizza from the market in the hotel- ready very quickly and hot and delicious! I will be returning! Thanks to Expedia for assisting with the reservation!

Great breakfast buffet and the staff there was amazing. We had great pizza from the cafe and sat in the rocking chairs by the pool to eat it. The fire pits were awesome. Got our tickets to Dollywood at the hotel and they come with a free fast pass - a saving of $60. And a trolly right to the entrance of the park. This hotel was a 10+. We can’t wait to come back.
