Everything was great!! I would have given it a 5 but we were unable to use the Hot Tub due to the water being brown from well water one night. I did contact the Host and she had the housekeeper come the next day and take care of it. The Host answered very quickly and was most helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baby Bear Retreat. The cabin's updated interior is lovely. All of the available ammenities made our 10 days comfortable and fun. We wanted a mountain retreat and this property delivered.

Mountain Retreat

Cabin was beautiful inside, but there was white dog hair everywhere. It would have been nice to have had some chairs on the porch. There was only wicker, which isn't a good choice for the mountains. The cushions were wet and dirty. We wanted to enjoy the beautiful view, but there was nothing to sit on, on the porch.

Fantastic Cabin

Cabin was excellent for our quick trip to the sites and sounds surrounding the Smoky Mountains. Perfect location to get to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the entrances to the national park. Hosts were great and the cabin was very comfortable and super clean.

Loved the location. A Mountain View on an easy to find paved one lane road. Convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Highly recommend. No problems with our two dogs. Owner very responsive.

Horrible management

Drove from Florida was an hour away from check in and from VRBO when I get a msg saying they can't host us due to septic tank issues. I get it things happen but left us with very little time to find other accommodations. Was told would get refund, still haven't gotten it left us with out money for other accommodations. Ruined our vacation for something that probably could have been caught and brought to our attention quicker.

The pictures posted are very accurate! We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The kitchen had great appliances, and everything needed to cook a meal. There were only 2 things that I didn’t like: 1) the blind in the downstairs bedroom needs to be replaced. You aren’t able to adjust the light that comes in the room 2) the shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. I will say both of these are minor, and didn’t affect our stay. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!!

Cutest cabin

This is the cutest little cabin and was perfect for our small family. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. One thing I found to be so helpful was every light switch throughout the cabin was labeled. The drive up to the cabin was a little hilly but the property itself was nice and flat. No steep driveway and only a couple of steps to the door. We did not use the hot tub but it looked very clean. There was also plenty of room outside for our pup to run around. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Loved this cabin! The location and amenities were great. It was clean upon arrival and is just a short drive to Pigeon Forge. The washer needs a good cleaning, a little gross when we put towels in to wash upon departure. A nice touch were the provided s’more supplies, my son enjoyed being able to make those!

Everything was as described, the property is really pretty and the house is adorable. The beds are comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s close to everything and still far enough from all the noise. The house had everything you need for a stay away from home. We really enjoyed our time here and have absolutely no complaints.

Cozy cottage in the woods

The cabin was decorated so beautifully for the holidays. Everything we needed was there and then some. We took full advantage of the gorgeous mountain view from the deck while soaking in hot tub. In the evening we toasted marshmallows by the fire. Loved the smore supplies that were provided! It was really helpful to be able to do laundry while we were there too. All the appliances were new and well kept and the beds were super comfy too. We stayed the week of Christmas but would love to come back during the summer. It was so close to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. Location was top notch!
