Cabin very updated, clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated with plenty of sitting space. Would definitely stay again. The only issue we had was the stove oven. It has been damaged some how by cleaner or something leaving it very discolored and dirty looking but also has oven racks that are too small making it unsafe to place any kind of heavy dish on them especially with anything that could spill. We were able to bake biscuits and cookies but nothing in heavy dish.

Gorgeous cabin and location! We had a fantastic time! There was 14 of us and plenty of room to spread out and lots to do for entertainment. Us adults loved the outdoor patio and seating area. Enjoyed our morning coffee and nightly conversations and drinks out on the deck! We would stay here again; thank you for a beautiful vacation and memories!

The emails all sent to me said downlad the app for information and does not work with Android. Told they knew this for 6 months so may want to rake off website. 5 star review was misleading. Family vacation for a few days with 19 members. Door handle and dining room chair broke 1st day, ok, things happen. Toddler feet and all socks were black. Told it was cleaning solution. Floors underneath beds and couch etc not swept. Final straw, raw sewage spewing out from septic drain. Reported 1st thing in the morning. Plumber will be there by 12. We were leaving at 330 still no one. Text around 530 that prior renter poured grease down garbage disposal and it was blocked. It was cleared but they were going to pump septic. By 10 pm truck finally gone after the day of smelling septic. No response from owner. Only told I could get 15% discount and free tickets for my next visit. Would never rent again. Pumping septic should obviously be a maintenance the owner performs and not with renters. The management company on phone were very nice but my problem is with the owner. We were only there less than 3 days and this all happened on 2nd day. I didnt expect a full refund, but no contact at all is unacceptable.

We booked this property for a large family vacation - we had grandma and grandpa in the main suite on the first floor, and then upstairs there are 3 bedrooms for couples, with the 4th bedroom being a bunk bed that shares a jack and jill bathroom with one of the bedrooms. In the basement, there is a room with 4 more bunkbeds. There is also a pullout couch in the basement (no privacy though). The location and views were amazing. The basement also has a theater room and ping pong and pool table. Our family really appreciated the large kitchen and good AC system for each floor. Just make sure to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as this was minimally supplied. There is also no storage (no dressers in rooms) so just have to keep clothes in suitcases.

Fantastic!

We stayed in this amazing cabin with a large group for a travel baseball tournament. The location was very convenient to the ballparks, food, shopping and Dollywood. The kids loved the basement and the adults enjoyed the outdoor spaces. We even had two bear spottings during our stay! It was a wonderful trip!

We love this property! The home is fantastic! There’s fun to be had with the games and theater not to mention the fabulous kitchen. Beds are firm. Baths are modern. Property managers are awesome. Would highly recommend!

It Was Magical

The owner/property manager was careful to take everything I asked for and exceed my expectations. I asked for the cabin to be decorated for Christmas and it was Lifetime/Hallmark movie set ready. They even had Black Santa decorative pillows. The cabin is like being in your own luxurious bubble, but coming into Smoky Cove was lack luster due to the abandoned barns and dilapidated houses that lined the road leading there. Everyone was well pleased with their accommodations. After surveying, everyone would come back and everyone gave the cabin a 'A' grade.My 'A' is because my favorite room is the kitchen. It was so well stocked, you didn't need anything but groceries. They have pots, pans, bakeware, wine glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, specialty spatulas, waffle irons and more. This was my first time renting a home/cabin. I hit the jackpot. The owners truly mean for this to be a next level experience. Thank you so much!

Takes your breath away. Would be nice to have a handle in the master bathroom shower to have something to hold on when washing the legs and feet. Minor observation. Loved the Christian hangings on the wall. This was a bucket list for my wife who has non curable cancer. Exceeded our ezpecations...

Great place for a family gathering

The house was spacious and pristine. It looked almost new. There were 16 of us. Plenty of place to sleep and play. The pool table, ping pong table and other amenities on the lower level kept youngsters and others occupied when it rained. Outstanding home that we all enjoyed.

We all really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable, lots of fun games available, and enjoyed the theater. Hosts were easy to communicate with, and easy check in and check out instructions. Close to Pigeon Forge, and even Gatlinburg.

Girls' getaway

The property was lovely. We were eight women in our 50s, all of whom live in different parts of the country. We were able to gather together for some laughter, some tears, some great food and a lot of relaxation. The house was perfect for us. We might have liked more "grown up" beds and fewer bunks, but that's not a complaint, as the next people in might have lots of kiddos. We loved it and were thrilled with the service.

10/10 PERFECT place to stay, especially for a large group of family and friends!

I cannot express enough just how wonderful our stay was at this luxury cabin! It was truly amazing! We had a total of twelve guests whose age range was 19-81. We all had such a great time! The property was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house was filled with amenities and supplies that suited a party of twelve. The number of bathrooms was a super plus and it was great that everyone was not on top of each other. The hosts were very hospitable and accommodating. We loved so many things but to name a few: the hot tub, especially it's size, the outdoor areas, the view, the movie theatre room, ping pong, foosball, the pool and poker tables, the sauna, and the privacy of where we were at. Also, I must note, it was an easy drive and no steep driveway...a huge plus for a mountain stay. Also, the house was large enough that we could all hang together or have alone time if needed. Pigeon Forge is super close (the Christmas Store there was my favorite!) as were a gas station and grocery store. We had zero issues while we stayed there but I felt that I could reach out to the owner if needed. Do not think twice about staying here...IT WAS PERFECT!!
