Stornierung klappt nicht
"Es ist mir nicht gelungen den Termin trotz Rechtzeitigkeit zu stornieren. Wir haben mehrmals Hotels.com angemailt, haben nicht einmal eine Antwort bekommen. Wir sind sogar zu diesr Unterkunft gefahren um zu stornieren. Keine Chance. Wir sind total verärgert. Sind trotzdem froh, dass wir dort nicht übernachtet haben. Ich bitte um Stellungnahme und erwarte mein Geld zurück.
