Hotel was nice the best part was the locality to the area we wanted to explore, reception was great very friendly and swiftly booked in and out. Room was nice, bathroom bit tired but the bed was huge and we slept so well, very comfortable and very clean, used the safe which was easy to operate, aircon was good . The breakfast was ok, some hot food and some cheese, meats and fruit and then pastries, coffee machine wasn't great but lots of teas, fresh juices and fresh bread available and replesnished frequently . We did ask for our room to be freshened the third day mainly for some more toilet rolls, but we didn't get those and also some chocolate we had brought over with us from Gatwick was taken from the mini fridge, now not a big thing it was just leftover from our journey but it's a trust thing, didn't make a fuss about it but just a bit sad about that really, I had made sure everything was cleared away in the wardrobe from the bathroom before we asked for the room to be cleaned as I had read a previous review about someone having some perfume stolen, so this was a bit annoying as have nothing else to complain about. Reception and breakfast staff we lovely and friendly and welcoming.

Excellent location. Great value for money. Staff very helpful. Room very clean. Would be helpful to have opening hours of local restaurants available as didn’t realise they didn’t re open until 8pm. Definitely recommend this hotel

This is a very good option to be close to the city center and shopping and restaurants. Very walkable area. At night it can get a bit loud, because of the shops. Hotel cleanliness can improve, but it’s not bad. Service was good. They sell tickets for Flamenco shows and recommended us a great one. Overall, our stay was really good and we really appreciated being so close to the heart of the city! We could walk easily to every attraction and shop.

I liked the location where everything is walkable, the staff friendly and helpful and in a quiet neighborhood yet a few steps from the sights and restaurants. I did not care for the smell in the hotel and room. Would like a nice smelling spray to be used. Also no complimentary water.

The location was great and breakfast was enjoyable. However, the room was excessively hot due to poor AC. Service felt inflexible—they wouldn’t allow check-in even an hour early, despite the hotel not being full, and my room didn’t seem fully prepared at 3 PM. More flexibility and better room comfort would improve the experience.
