We are so sad to have only stayed here one night. The staff from the start were amazing. Traveling with kids can be nerve wracking, and Mela and team made everything seamless. Provided a comfy travel cot for out baby, and brought out the sofa bed for our 7 yo. The rooms are spacious, well equipped for people staying multiple days. Location is fab. Everything within walking distance. Mela provided us with lots of activities, places, and things to do in the area. Christmas time in Seville is beautiful. Highly recommend Casa Palacio for a memorable stay.

I wish I could give six stars - I’m so glad we booked this apartment for our family holiday to Seville. The customer service was first class, nothing was too much trouble, the apartment was perfect for us as a small family, really modern but with a great view of the church across the road. We were all sad to leave!

This place was wonderful. From the location, communication, great customer service and comfort. We highly recommend staying here. Parking wasn’t as challenging as we thought it would be. We parked in the local parking garage very near by. We were able to pull our car up to the apartment to unload/load our luggage. I just love how close we were to everything. And still it was peaceful while we slept. Perfect! Thank you!

The fantastic location and space were unfortunately overshadowed by a major issue with ants throughout the apartment. The staff vacuumed up all visible ants when we first reported them, but unfortunately this did not resolve the issue as plenty more ants found their way in. When we reported finding multiple more ants crawling in the sheets, we were just told this was “not usually an issue” and given instructions for where to find new bedding to change the sheets ourselves. We will definitely return to Seville, but will definitely not stay here again.
