The hotel is situated at the corner of a shopping area. It gets a little loud at night but it did not really bothered us but may be something to consider if you are a light sleeper. Walkable from Plaza de Armas bus station and many main attractions. There are many resto around the area to choose from. The room was big and has very comfortable bed including the sofa bed. Bathroom was big witj great shower pressure and has provided bath gel/shampoo and gand soap. AC was cold and comforter was warm. The pillow was a little firm but there are extra pillow in the room that is softer. I love that there are plates, utensils, fridge, microwave and coffee maker and a big TV where we enjoyed watching Roland Garros. I appreciate the staff sending whatsapp message daily to check our needs like housekeeping, coffee etc. I will surely book this hotel again when we visit Sevilla and recommends to others looking for a very clean and comfortable stay.

Loved it ! Great location in the centre on a fabulous shopping street. Room was small but beautiful and had a small kitchen along the bottom wall. Bed was super comfy. It had a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and all crockery and utensils you need. It was a birthday and we had a complimentary bottle of cava which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was big and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. The shower was big enough for my 6'0 husband. the location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Better that a hotel room. Although they do not offer breakfast there is a coffee machine sand you can get sandwiches and croissants in the market very near and have your own meal in the room.

I loved the area but be aware that taxis cannot take you to the hotel because it is located in a boulevard. From the closest point the taxi can leave you to the hotel, there’s a block that you’ll have to walk with the luggage and it’s not an easy trip given that the street is not even.

This is a very nice boutique hotel. The staff are very friendly and lovely. The location is perfect for walking to all major sites. Shopping is right out your door. I would recommend this hotel.

liked the kitchen facilities in the room . would like a drying cloth and a common area to wash the dishes as there only seemed to be the bath sink to wash dishes in . really great location. walkable to see the sites. Paid for parking close by , about 20 euros/24hrs. check-in was easy, staff nice, room cute.

Sevilla — Welldone Sierpes Very clean. King bed with windows that open, but very well sound proofed, which was needed on Thursday night! We could see every procession during La Semana Santa. Front desk very helpful. I like that they communicate over What’sApp. Made it very easy to request extra coffee, etc. The location could not be better. Coffee, sink, microwave, fridge, plates, flatware, glasses, wine bottle opener.

We had a good experience overall at this hotel. The front desk people were nice/friendly/helpful when they were there but the desk was often not staffed so if you're looking for front-desk service all the time, this won't meet your needs. I believe they have a phone number you can call (or use WhatsApp) that is available 24/7. It's an online self-check-in with codes provided to you for the front-door and your room. They don't have a dining-room but offered breakfast delivered to your room. You need to reserve this (and pay for it) the day before. We did that, but no food showed up. When we inquired, they said they don't have breakfast at the hotel (!). They eventually figured out that they do, in fact, serve breakfast and promptly refunded our money for the missed breakfast. Luckily, we found a great breakfast place close-by that we used for the duration of our stay. There are also fast-food options nearby, if that's your thing. The neighbourhood is very nice. You're very central and the area is very walkable. If you like to walk, you can probably visit most tourist sites by foot. The hotel is in a pedestrian area not accessible by car, so the taxi will have to drop you off nearby (maybe 2-3 walk from the main road). The room was nice; bed was comfy; shower worked, etc. No complaints there.

Welldone Sierpes Boutique was an amazing hotel for us,the front desk staff was very friendly. I liked the way they communicate with the guess using whatsapp,they do not bother you unless you ask them to. Very clean property,surrendered by many shopping store and restaurants. By mindful that there is not vehicle access in that part of the city. Iwoud like to come back to Sevilla and we do not hesitate to choose this hotel again.

This property is in a great safe, walkable location. It is reminiscent more of a hostel than a hotel. Our room was not clean- long dark hair on floor and in shower. It didn’t feel as though it had been properly cleaned. We did request cleaning on the second day of our stay and they made bed and collected towels but did not leave fresh towels. Upon departure we arrived downstairs at 11:15 to check our bags for the day and were treated extremely rude by the woman at the front desk. Otherwise, the front staff was very pleasant.

This was such a great place to stay. Everything was super convenient. My only complaint was there were no directions on how to use the coffee/tea machine. It is very different from any I have ever seen but my husband was able to figure it out. The bed might be the most comfortable bed I have ever splet in. The room was spacious with plenty of space for suitcases, backpacks and clothing. The bathroom was well lit and big enough to get ready in!
