The quality of breakfast is not good. The way they prepare to keep food warm is decent. Most of the noodles were dry outside but cold inside. They offer long-term rentals, including a special breakfast package, but you will feel unhappy with the boring breakfast every morning.

Very good hotel - nice, quiet & comfortable

Amazing experiences in 16 days stay at the hotel. Public transport services available from airport to the stop near the hotel. Staff at reception were friendly, courteous and helpful. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable with good viewing of outside. Auto control of air conditioning would be a plus enjoyable staying inside the hotel room day and night, during the Summer times. Public transport stations/ facilities are within walking distance from the hotel, so for sightseeing and shopping are no problem for tourists of all ages. Many other facilities are available for hotel guests: swimming pool, washing laundry and drying, gyms, garden balcony for walking exercises. Check out was easy and quick. Staff are most friendly and helful to see guests leaving the hotel with satisfaction. Would recommend tourists/visitors to have a visit to HK to experience the politeness of ordinary people, especially, the younger generation on public transport: train/bus, at restaurants.

A bit far away from MTR for elderly like us. Luckily, there is subtle bus to to go the nearest MTR station. The 7 Eleven store is a blessing with good supply of necessities.

I was unepectedly caught sick for reasons that had nothing to do with Alva, but its management tried its best to arrange my access to medical care. In addition, the food and room service were excellent, as well.

This so-called 5-star hotel is disappointing. It costs around $60 just to get here from the train station. Rooms are small and cheaply furnished, there’s no free laundry, and the gym is a complete joke. Nothing about this place feels worthy of five stars—definitely not worth the price.

It is a perfect place for active life style visitors for all ages. One can exercise or social at the Gym. Swim or play at the 25-meter pool. Bike or sightseeing around Shing Mun River Side. With a little planning, you can even run a marathon with friends along Tolo Harbor without getting bored. With all the calories burnt, you can try out all the excellent food options at the hotel restaurant without worrying about gaining weight... Even if you gained a kg or two, it only goes into your muscles.
