This property was clean and convenient to the beaches.The pool was great.There was not much noise after 11pm so we sleep well.The staff was very nice.The breakfast was so so but it was free so no complaints there.The only negative was the shower was luke warm.overall a nice place for 110 a night in the summer!

Staff is very nice. Carpets in hall areas are disgustingly filthy. Floors in room haven’t been cleaned properly. When my dog got on bed, dirt marks everywhere. Hair in bathtub. No shower curtain and when given one, I had to put it up. Hot water surely isn’t hot. Overall, I had the “icks” while trying to sleep.

Door lock did not work and requested it to be fixed but never came. Outside doors left unlocked overnight. No hot water in the shower. Bed was very noisy each time we got in and out.

Overall room was dirty. Bed was stained, hair and dirt in shower, no hot water. Requested a room on the first floor due to medical reasons, received a room on the first floor and they don’t have elevators. The door didn’t seal all the way around, so it was hard to keep the light out and the a/c in. There was a strong smoke smell in the hallways and rooms. Beds are super hard/squeaky and high off the ground. Overall definitely expensive for what you’re getting.

We chose this property because it was pet friendly. The checkin process was easy. The room itself was poorly cleaned. Mirrors had handprints on them, sofa soiled with stains, bedskirt soiled with stains, fridge and microwave had food spillage. The TV did not work. Very good location and relatively quiet considering proximity to highway. A/C worked fine. Shower water was slow to heat but finally got hot. We chose to check out early and only stayed one night.

Very friendly staff and took care of all my needs during my stay. As an out of town Contractor they found a way to work me into their busy schedules. Would highly recommend anyone that needs a decent place to stay over.

We had a great time! Driving distance to the beach. All staff were respectful and helpful. The rooms were being worked on but we did not mind that. It was very clean and the maids went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. Breakfast was the same everyday. We enjoyed it a few times during our stay. The pool looked very clean and inviting. We didnt use it as we spent the day at the beach. Great bargain on pricing!!! Thank you to everyone there. We will be coming back!!

Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

This had to be the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Between the barking dogs all night long, the thin walls where yes you can hear everything the people next to you are doing, the sketchy people who roam the property and the halls, oh and the room door would not lock. We decided to leave 3 days early and find somewhere completely different. 10/10 wound not recommended.

The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only concern was with a musky smell in our room which they attempted to eliminate. Overall, our best option for the price.

Not good

At first I was like it’s just a older place so I was okay then next thing it smelt like cigarettes inside and it says smoke free so I went on I’m not one to go tell on things then we went to our room thought it was gonna be okay then we find roaches 3 actually so I went to front desk basically they stated they just booked the last room no apologizes which it’s not there personal fault but refund or something would have been nice I was told I can call Tuesday to talk to a manager then we went to ask a maid for some towels and wash cloths and found the maid bent over just rocking back and forth and I was worried something was wrong so I went and got another person to check on her but I’m thinking she had taken some type of substance because the way she was acting just disappointed in paying that much for all this to occur I get things happen but apologizes and some kind of solution would have been nice we were here for a ball tournament would not recommend unless they are to fix some of the issues

You-EXPEDIA- are refusing to refund my stay after there was a terrible incident at the hotel on 6/20. You charged me in May the day I booked. The hotel was more than willing to refund but EXPEDIA is refusing. I will post all the pictures and my review now on every outlet possible w all correspondence. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!
