Room is a bit dated, but everything worked properly. Beds were great, had wonderful sleep. Staff is friendly, location is very good. Right outside the metro, close enough to the beginning Nanjing walking street but far enough from the chaos of it all.

The staff are friendly and helpful. We were scammed by airport taxi driver more than 3-4x of regular price. The staff took care of it right away, asking if we’d like to file police report. We did, and the staff put all efforts to contact police, getting CCTV to identify driver, and accompanying us to police station. Every thing was resolved within 2 hours, amazing. The Chef, I think Daug, was really nice giving me wonton soup and mixed all sauces together make it good. I tried mixing my own sauces, not as good as he did lol. The location is connected to shopping mall and downstairs metro station with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff service and location is excellent. Recommend this hotel to stay.

It wasn’t the best hotel I’ve ever been to, but for the price you can’t beat that one. The location was amazing. Breakfast totally worth CYN180 that they charge for it, especially the soup! Amazing hotel!

The building exterior is beautiful, and it’s right at the start of the pedestrian road. However, keep in mind that it’s a very busy area. Reception is good: staff is fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did not ask for a deposit. You are required to sign a responsibility document for any potential damage, though. The room wasn’t pretty; it felt old and mechanical, not a good look, and not comfortable or cozy. There’s a pillow menu and a comfortable bed, but they’re mixed with windows that won’t stay open and a somewhat claustrophobic space. No electric toilet, no hygiene amenities, no phone chargers or cables, and not even USB/USB-C ports just an RJ45 network cable. Breakfast was good, clean, and well served. However, too many people were eating at the same time, and with limited tables it took me a while to find a place to sit. Was on a junior suite for 2 days. +400USD

The hotel is a little tired, looks more like a 90s hotel. But cleanliness are good, and bed is soft. Overall is a good stay, but there was overnight construction/ works for the 2 days I was there. (Not within the hotels control) Staff wasn't particularly friendly, not at the front desk nor at the Concierge. They wasn't extremely helpful in helping us arrange food delivery and online delivery. The hotel doesn't provide a local number for the delivery staff to coordinate and we do not have one either. To be fair, they are not unhelpful just didn't make our trip easy. It could have been a policy issue, because my previous hotel was very accommodating. (Marriott) Location here is good, very near Nanjing pedestrian road. However, if you have a stroller like us, take the road instead of through the shopping mall.

Perfectly located opposite Peoples Park with 3 intersecting subway lines (including Line 2 which services both airports). At the start of the Nanjing Rd pedestrian street which was great. Hotel facilities good (room/gym/breakfast) and the room was good size. A little dated but very serviceable.
