Very friendly staff, among whom was someone apparently with artistic talent and passion who left cute welcoming notes with drawings in our room. Front desk gave us a free upgrade to a family room when we checked in as a family of three without us asking. Free shuttle to the airport. We had to depart at 5am to catch a 8am flight. Staff was considerate enough to pack a light breakfast togo bag for everyone which was beyond our expectation. Onsite laundry was convenient and easy to use. Room was very clean and spacious. Good shower head. Plenty of dining choices minutes walking from hotel. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely stay again next time passing through Shanghai

Room was fine for one night. Hallway is dank and it’s nearly impossible to drag your luggage down the hall to and from your room because of the carpeting. It was pouring when I arrived and when I left and the entrance does not have a roof so you’re bound to get soaked.

We stayed at this hotel both when we arrived in and departed from Shanghai. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely helpful. One great bonus is the free laundry room, which was very convenient. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, which is a big plus.
