Spotless, love the unlimited coffee bar hot cocoa n hot apple cider and dog biscuits for my pup a roni roo. Staff was very friendly and very courteous about my emotional support animal too. A big shock and surprise as in wingate, super 8 and quality inn were all not so friendly and courteous to my service animal or any animal in fact.

We stayed here for a little mini-vacation before our baby joins our family. We stayed on the first floor with a river view, and it had direct access to a cute little bench and grass area outside our room. This was GREAT as our pups joined us (for a small, but very fair additional cost). The room was clean and incredibly comfortable. All the staff we crossed paths with during our stay (3 total) were very friendly and personable. There aren't a ton of rooms, which is nice as it allowed more connection with the lovely people working who checked in with us as we crossed paths to ensure we were enjoying our stay/explorations. Our pups snuck out the room on our last day and LOVED their romp in the hallway, and the lady working was SO understanding and kind about the situation, even when our diaper needing pup (who hadn't gotten it on after going outside yet) tinkled on the floor. She was so kind and relaxed about it happening and the cleaning that followed, which was a huge relief as we felt really bad. All of this goes to say, we will be coming back to stay anytime we're in the area again and recommending this lovely place to anyone needing a comfortable space to stay. It was refreshing to have our fur babies welcomed with us, but also, truly understood by other dog owners/lovers. We couldn't have asked for a better stay for our mini family vacation ❤️

Staff was very courteous, and friendly. The overall property was wonderful, and very clean! Impressed with this 3-star establishment - probably the best I've ever stayed at. The complimentary beverage bar that's there all day, and complimentary continental breakfast in the morning was great! Very impressed with selections given that similar breakfasts I've had at other similar hotels are generally pretty simple with only a few items to select from, and aren't particularly fresh.
