"Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war schmutzig, sowie der Fußboden im Bad, wir hatten einen halben Tag keinen Strom und kein fließendes Wasser, wir waren im 5. Stock und der Aufzug ging 2 Tage nicht (dann sind wir abgereist). Der Pool konnte nicht benutzt werden, weil kein Wasser drin war (für eine erwachsenen R
Taufe wurde er zur Hälfte befüllt, aber nicht für die Hotelgäste). Die Tischdecke im Restaurant wurde 1x in der Woche gewechselt obwohl Flecken drauf waren, der Tisch wurde neu eingedeckt, Brotkrumen wurden belassen.
Das Personal war freundlich."
