Besides my reservation being cancelled in error, the desk clerk was very nice and resolved the issue, very accomodating. Parking lot well lit and there was plenty of handicapped parking places. Room was clean and everything looked clean and fresh. Breakfast was awesome. Have never had a better breakfast. Selection was phenomenal and the hostess was cherry, smiling and singing Christmas Carols. She made sure to greet and ask if you found everything you needed. Will stay here again!

Tracie - the receptionist and Linda - kitchen manager were simply awesome. Their smiles definitely brought the warmth to my day. And a very special thanks and service excellence credit to Tracie, who went out of her way to help me get ready for my son's wedding. Being alone to doll myself up definitely brought its set of challenges. But Tracie was GOD sent angel - who was at the right place at the right time with the right spirit, was amazing!
