Great hospitality in Sherbrooke

The hotel is clean, very modern, and it has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent (omelette station and more). We used the restaurant one night, and it too offered wonderful food and very friendly service. The desire on the part of staff to please is evident. You do need to let the staff know if you want your room attended to each day.

Great hotel, only on small issue

The hotel is lovely and the staff are helpful and professional. The room was clean, well furnished and with nice amenities. Our only issue is that the room was very noisy, a dog was barking incessantly and we could hear the neighbour's phone conversation very clearly. Breakfast was also very nice.

We loved the OTL Gouverneur. It is stylish and modern, with all types of amenities. Rooms are very quiet (sound-proof) and equipped with fridge, which came in handy. Room service is impeccable. Breakfast choices are yummy. All staff were professional and friendly. THE OTL deserves its high ratings.
