The room was great but the AC/heater did not work at all and some of the buttons were missing. Overall, it worked out ok.

I booked this place because I thought Ramada was fancy and they had a waterfall. The waterfall was cool and was running when I checked in around eight in the evening but I never saw it run again. Maybe they only run it sometimes. I couldn’t impress my traveling companion with the waterfall. Otherwise, the property is very dated and shabby but clean.

Hard pass, not a good experience.

We checked out within an hour of checking in. We had two rooms and both of them smelled bad and the entire hotel was dilapidated. Their main entryway is fairly impressive but the actual rooms are terrible. Didn't even bother trying to get a refund for the rooms I just checked into the hotel next door which was a candlewood suites and about a hundred times nicer.
