Hotel room lovely and clean. Really comfortable and lots of room. Disappointed that the restaurant was fully booked even though we weren't told too book on check in and also disappointed that even with a full hotel they shut the bar at 10.30, ushered us out and put the shutters down.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Large rooms and bathroom. Bedding & towels were good quality though the pillows were really hard & uncomfortable. Decor is ok but could do with a refresh. Pool is a good size but poolside needs a refurb. I didn’t use the jacuzzi or sauna as both were monopolised for the entire time I was in pool by a group of big fat men!

I visit regularly and it’s always a nice stay. Stag are always friendly. Bring earplugs if you’re staying on a Friday or weekend for work, in case there’s a wedding on. The gym has everything you need, I’ve tried the pool yet, but looks good. Pub grub is varied and ideal for work trips.

Nice spa break

Check in was easy. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Room was clean an tidy in a fairly quiet location. The beds are not thr comfiestand the pillows are hard but i did ask for a softer one which i got. Fire alarm went off 3 times while there. Once at 3am as someone was vaping in their room then at 11am and then again the next day for a drill. Leisure are was good although we found it annoying that they have chosen to close the club at 630 on a weekend. Found this inconvenient. Good range of food in the restaurant with many gluten free options. Prices not too bad

Unfortunately I wouldn't stay at this property again due to rude and inexperienced bar staff. Myself and other guests at the wedding we were attending were over charged more than once and although we complained not one of us had our lives overpayment refunded. It is a shame as it is a nice Hotel
