Good central location within easy walking distance of shops, attractions and railway station. The room was clean with all the facilities needed for our stay. Excellent little boutique hotel. Stayed a few times now in different rooms and have loved them all. Tastefully decorated and always clean. The breakfast menu is full of locally sourced food and very tasty with generous portions. The staff are always welcoming and friendly.

The staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble, we requested a quieter room due to it being a Saturday night and was put on the 2nd floor. The restaurant food was lovely, this is such a lovely place to stay in Shrewsbury very central would definitely stay here again in the summer

Super little boutique hotel, this was our second stay and we hope to stay again. The hotel is in a great position close to the award winning market and the town. Lots of interesting eating and drinking venues close by and lovely walks along the Severn River. The food at the Loopy Shrew is excellent as is the service.

Food was exceptional for both breakfast and dinner. The 10% discount for food and drink was appreciated. The place had a good vibe and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was in the room. The fixtures and fittings were very tired and in need of refurbishment. The old single glazed metal windows, that did not close properly, made the bathroom cold. There was no shelf space for toiletries near the basin and the towel rail was the other side of the room! I would recommend the hotel but would upgrade to a better room.
