Adjacent to the living area is 1 bedroom featuring a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor also includes an open kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and WC. On the upper floor, a second living and dining area awaits, complete with a flat screen TV, air conditioning, and a sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with direct access to 1 of the 2 balconies, each measuring 5 m2.
