absolutely great location for us (family from mainland and the island getting together for family day). All the bedrooms were clean, large and very welcoming. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed and the bathrooms also were loaded with amenities. But the real highlights were the awesome solarium with the fantastic view of Swartz bay and the karaoke room which provided hours of entertainment for all of us - lots of laughs! We were welcomed with a rainbow on our first day and saw three killer whales swimming and breaching in the bay on our second day. There were eagles snatching fish right out front of us and seals in the waters too. An amazing family day get together. Thanks for hosting us!

The house is fantastic with lots of room for our group of 6. The kitchen is well supplied and the house was clean and inviting.The views of the ocean and the ferry terminal were great. The karaoke room was well used by our group. Tons of fun and laughter. The host was fantastic to work with and responded quickly to inquiries. If you have a large group, (or a small one), this property will not disappoint. It's just a few minutes from the Victoria Airport.

Wonderful vacation

The house was wonderful and right on the water. It has a sunroom with a beautiful ocean view. We thought being next to the ferries would be a drawback but it didn’t bother us at all. It was a great family vacation.

Oasis on the ocean

A beautiful home to spend time with family after celebrating a family wedding. We loved watching the ferry and boats outside our window and there was so much room for us eight adults to enjoy. It had everything we needed and I would love to stay there again.

Great and so close

My son, grandson and I stayed a couple nights while fishing in the area. Zoe’s home was perfect and less than 10 minutes from Sidney and the airport, 5 minutes from the ferry at Swartz Bay. Very cozy and clean! Great stay!
