Loved how clean and comfortable the room was along with the amenities. The courtyard was really cute and peaceful and I loved how quiet it was. The desk in the room had the perfect amount of space for my two work monitors and laptop. I would definitely recommend The Clarion Inn to any visiting Sierra Vista.

Comfortable, Secure, and Truly Thoughtful Staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was good . I especially appreciated how secure the property felt, with locked gates around the courtyard providing peace of mind. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my prescription sunglasses behind, and Christine went above and beyond to reach out to me and make sure they were mailed back safely. I’m so grateful for her kindness and extra effort. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was fine except we had to pay for an unused night because our flight was cancelled and we couldn't get there until the next day. I called the hotel right away to let them know, she said she would make sure we weren't marked as a no show. She forgot, and we were marked as no show, and Expedia couldn't get our one night refunded. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Place seemed nice in pictures but it getting updated so there was a bunch of areas under construction. Some of the gates to the buildings were not working so it was inconvenient to have to walk around with all our luggage to find another door. Room was a good set up and clean but it was hot and stuffy. Even with the air conditioning running at 60 all night and the fan on high it was still very uncomfortable. We would not return to stay at this property.
