The location was the best feature. I guess because of the Tariffs on Canada, that the tourist count was down. Things were quiet, and that was great! The place was comfortable and equipped with the basics. We usually stay down the street but could not get in there.

Great time

We loved the pool and the fact Crescent beach was an easy walk from the place. Lots of geckos running around which was awesome. Only complaint was the fact the WiFi is not secure.

Perfect spot for our quick trip to Siesta Key! Property manager, Dave, was very friendly and courteous. Steps away from beach access#12. Would definitely recommend.

Quaint, quiet, close to beach

Very clean and well equipped. Super close to beach, maybe a 2 min walk. My husband and I rented bikes and we biked all around the Key from this location. It was very peaceful and quiet. Bed was comfortable. No dishwasher but we really didn't eat in anyway.

Great location and accommodations

Easy access when we arrived. Beach access was was close. Not 10 steps like another review but about a block and 1/2 to get to the beach access path. Easy. King size bed. High “sky-like” windows in bedroom so sun comes in bright. So if you like pitch dark, unit 2 is not for you. But we loved it. There was a full size fridge, stove, microwave and kitchenette. Walk in tile shower. There was coffeemaker and coffee and filters. Beach chairs and towels were available. Really enjoyed our stay

Had a great stay! They thought of everything!!

We had a great stay! They literally thought of everything you might need for a beach vaca even down to a cooler! When flying you just can't take everything with you like when you drive. Very attentive and friendly owners, easy check in, and loved the pool un the evenings! The only thing we needed was air conditioning in the bedroom.

Beach time

Great location, convenient code entry (can't risk loosing your key in the sand), great amenities in the cottage, use of beach chairs is much appreciated, easy & close access to the beach. Only minor negative point: the pool is very close to many of the cottages doors: no running outside! This makes the pool with very limited private area to relax.
