The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean & well stocked. They have plenty of beach supplies but I opted to pay 10 for a comfy beach chaise. The host is very responsive. The sunset view is spectacular. Grab a glass of wine (and they have wine glasses) and enjoy.

What a great place! Communication was great. Unit was a described and pictures were up to date. Comfy beds, all the cooking items you could imagine and more. Master bath was amazing and views to the gulf were what we needed. 2 couples with plenty of quiet space if needed. Resort facility was clean and secure. Amazing recovery after multiple hurricane hits only a year earlier.

The photos below are from the end of September. The weather was fantastic, the shelling at Point of Rocks beyond the Monkey Wall was plentiful, and the local dining was delicious!The accommodations were clean and very comfortable, and just steps from the beach! We highly recommend this getaway and hope to return one day.

The rental itself was lovely. It was clean, well stocked and pretty. However...you cannot use the beach without paying a vendor for chairs and umbrella. They were only using about 1/4 of the beach and those chairs were only 1/2 rented. We were asked to leave and we had to walk to the public beach next door. We could only utilize the beach that was underwater until noon or sit WAY back from the water. The vendor was also rude. The beach stayed mostly empty but we were not allowed to use it at all. We even told the vendor we would gladly move if she needed that area but she says the owners insist on her following the rules of nobody but paying customers on the beach. It was very disappointing. We should have been informed in the listing that using the beach costs extra. Despite the nice rental, I would never recommend renting there to a friend and would not stay there again myself. You should disclose that in the listing so folks don't feel misled when you say that there is a private beach for their use. It was really disappointing and annoying for me and my friends but if I had children with me or lots of things to bring to the beach it would have been infuriating to carry it all and walk to the public beach. Also the public beach is very small and crowded.

Crescent Beach Gem

We’ve previously stayed near this end of SK, but not on the beach. Siesta Sands was a perfect location, the views were amazing, and the property was great. Even though landscaping projects were still going on from hurricane cleanup, it was gorgeous! The pools were perfect and the gazebo was a family favorite for dinner after grilling. Our unit was very clean and had a lot of beach necessities (toys, wagon, coolers). We cannot wait to book again!

LOVED IT!!!!

This condo is even more spacious in-person than in photos. It was super clean, and we loved the views! Coffee and cocktails on the porch :-) One or our favorite things was swimming over to Point of Rocks to fish and look for shells. The beds are comfy, and there were ample towels for our stay. The only small suggestion is to provide coffee filters, not just that little starter pack. I brought ground coffee, but could not make it.

Beach Front Wonderful

Beautiful sunsets from 4th floor balcony. Even beautiful sunsets sitting on comfortable leather living room couch. Big primary bathroom with huge shower. Bedroom mattress very comfortable. Listening to gulf waves while falling asleep fantastic. Everyone friendly and helpful.

Love it!

Really nice condo. Great location right on the beach and close to a bunch of amenities (groceries, restaurants, shops, etc.). Enjoyed sitting on balcony and watching the beach / ocean. I can easily recommend this place and hope to return.

Siesta Key Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the condo itself. It was very clean and a great location. One major drawback for us was the beach service. We had our own chairs and didn't need to rent. However, the beach attendant was very quick to point out to anyone that attempted to sit in the area where he was renting chairs that this wasn't allowed. So just a head's up to anyone bringing your own....you will have to go to the public area(which is tiny and always packed) or sit in front of his flags, which is in the water...this is where we sat up the entire time we were there. This alone will deter us from staying at this location again sadly.

Nice Spot!

Space is awesome. Can't beat location. The property manager (iTrip) was not very welcoming requiring extra ID verification sent twice. They were also very eager to know when we were leaving.

Crescent Beach stay

The property has a nice private beach. The condo was very clean, as pictured. Parking is as advertised, have a small car, Kia Soul fit perfectly. Beds were comfortable, but pillows need to be replaced, too flat. Location, you can walk into crescent area no problem. Would recommend location on key.
