Relaxation Pointe a une sensation de luxe avec une belle mise en page. Cette maison a un remarquable combo salon / cuisine ouvert avec des comptoirs en granit et deux cafetiÚres Keurig au rez-de-chaussée. Le niveau principal spacieux a une chambre king size accompagnée d'une salle de bain avec baignoire à jets pour vous aider à vous détendre. Le niveau suivant a une autre chambre king-size avec une autre salle de bain avec baignoire à jets. Il y a une banquette-lit avec lit gigogne, une télévision et un bar avec un mini-réfrigérateur dans le balcon en haut des escaliers pour vous aider à vous détendre. Relaxation Pointe propose également un bain à remous et un gril à gaz qui se trouvent au niveau inférieur de la maison. Il y a une salle de loisirs au niveau inférieur qui vous attend pour vous faire plaisir avec des siÚges de théùtre devant une immense télévision ou triompher dans un jeu de billard. Il y a deux autres chambres avec deux ensembles de lits superposés dans une chambre et l'autre chambre offre un lit double superposé avec une salle de bain en bas. Il y a aussi un bar humide en bas et des machines Keurig. Cette maison a TOUT à offrir pour votre détente et votre plaisir que vous voudrez certainement vivre.

We had a great time here. It is a nice place to stay but there is only one double bunkbed and 2 single bunkbeds. The hot tub was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place in a great location

This is one of the most spacious and affordable cabins I’ve ever stayed in! Far away from civilization you can really absorb nature and enjoy your time in this place. Unfortunately, during our stay, we were unable to use the third floor patio due to an excessive amount of bat droppings covering most of it. Further, there were signs of animal infestation throughout the house, but nothing that ruined our trip. The bunkbeds on the first floor are slightly unstable and the HVAC system does not work very well on the middle floor of the house. Besides that the beds were comfy the kitchen was fully stocked, and everything else met our expectation.!

Great location...sleeps 15 well!

We enjoyed the layout of the cabin, and the proximity to the outdoor activities and State Parks surrounding the area. The maintenance team was prompt and courteous in repairing the TV's, dryer and front door lock when needed. Overall it was an excellent choice for our family of 15. Cheers

Absolutely perfect rental for our wedding weekend. We were able to fit our entire party with ease! Stunning views, clean, hot tub and grill were a MAJOR plus, and the seclusion made the weekend extremely special.

Great house but a drive from interstate and boat ramps

Great house with plenty of room for families or individuals. House was well equipped for large group and cooking. Only caveat is the road to get to the house is very narrow and some part of the road is very worn down. I would suggest taking over SUVs or trucks - especially if you are pulling a boat, be prepared for it to take 45 mins to get to a ramp. This house does not have a specific area for a trailer and the driveway is very steep but does flatten out at the bottom with room for several cars. This is our 2nd time staying at this property.

Comfortable Stay

We loved that there were 2 bedrooms that each had a king sized bed and private bathroom. We also loved that there were 2 “kid” bedrooms that shared a bathroom on the same level as the game room. The house was set up well and convenient to Edgar Evins Marina. There was only one glider on the deck and we wish there had been more outdoor seating but everything else was great!

We had a blast!

We gathered for a pre wedding celebration and had the best time! Close enough to Edgar Evans to rent a boat but far enough away to feel like no one was around us. No lake view at this property in the summer but it’s still a beautiful place. You can take a short walk up the road to view the lake. Make sure you have 4 wheel drive, pretty steep incline on the way up. We also saw a copperhead snake crawl out from under the patio but we kept our distance. We had the best time here and plan to go back.

Family vacation.

Property was nice and clean exactly what was described . The refrigerator wasn’t working well but it wasn’t a big deal we still had good family time . When I notified the property manager she was courteous and polite . Would rent it again .

Beautiful setting, but poor maintenance of property

Very clean except for a ruined awful gas grill. Easy reservations. Several essential things did not work and still did not after a maintenance visit...internet, remotes, plumbing in one toilet (however the maintenance guys were very friendly and punctual) --but I was told there were no new grills available even to purchase!! And the plumbing parts were not readily available. Finally was told two remotes did not work and the internet was not their area of expertise.

Disappointing experience

We stayed at Relaxation Pointe in August of 2020. It is hard for me to be objective in this review as our immediate impression was horrible. We had no difficulty entering the property. Although, upon entering the rental, walking around and getting to know the floor plan, we quickly discovered that the home had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The toilets were dirty with urine and feces, 1 of them was not even flushed. The floors and carpets had dead bugs on them. One of the sinks had a fly swatter and dirty rags sitting on it. The garbage was overflowing and had not been picked up. I immediately called the Center Hill Chalet office, they were very responsive, apologized and sent a housekeeper out to clean. That was it, no offer to make up for the inconvenience or terrible circumstances or our arrival. Now, keep in mind, there were 16 of us in our party, we had already brought all our luggage and groceries in and we're proceeding to try to cook dinner when the housekeeper arrived. She was professional but had to clean around us. After she left, we realized that if the home had not been cleaned, our linens were most likely not clean also. We spent our evening having to strip beds, wash linens, and make the beds back up. Thank goodness there was a washer and dryer, although, the dryer latch is broken and it took rigging it so that we could dry the linens. Also, the VRBO website states that it can accommodate 16 people. If that is the case, you would expect to have 16 dishes, cups, coffee mugs, and flatware. No, the dishes and flatware were a setting for 4 people. You would also expect to have general kitchen items but we had to go out and buy a can opener. Needless to say, we were all very disappointed. As for the property itself: The decks on the home are in disrepair and in some areas dangerous. In one spot they had replaced a floor beam and the one right next to it was split and cracked so you had to be very careful to avoid stepping in that area. There is not a backyard or side yard to speak of so no room for a fire pit or outdoor seating and activities. If your party has older persons, it is not an accessible home and there are a lot of stairs. I would not return to Relaxation Pointe or recommend staying there.

A bit disappointed

Booking the rental was so easy and great communication with manager. Once we arrived the out side of house was exactly how it was described in the reviews..... Not great shape. Boards laying around on deck behind the grill , hose laying out. The deck for sure had nail pops so be careful barefoot. Once we got in the house it was great. Enough beds and rooms for sure. Rugs had not been vacuumed, every door had gross finger and hand prints from a young child. I actually wiped windex on 2 doors out Of disgust that during this Covid time you’d think to just spray down the GLASS windows that you look out of and clean them before the next renters come. We couldn’t grill out the first night because there was no gas in the tank. 2nd day it took several hours after contacting the manager to get us gas as there are really no places close for us to go.....not that we should have had too. Now to the toilet paper. When you say you will supply one roll it really should be a full roll. The master barely had any on the roll and we brought one in case..... well we needed it and be sure we took it back home with us. Just those little annoying things that if you read people’s reviews you could very easily fix these problems. So a new cleaning crew And outside condition would be beneficial especially charging what you charge.

Excellent Lake Getaway

We recently had a bachelorette party at the lake and stayed here with 8 girls, very comfortably. We were so impressed with how clean everything was! The hot tub was great & the decks have beautiful views. There were some parts of the deck that were a little wobbly, but nothing too bad. I will absolutely book this house again!

Relaxation Pointe

Nice house- it accommodated our family of 10 quite nicely. No major flaws - minor ones which the property manager tried to address promptly. Decks on all three levels need to be worked on rather badly, and view of lake could be better by cutting down some overgrowth and brush. Drive up to house was beautiful, but treacherous- not for the faint of heart!
