The owner was very easy to communicate with when checking in and making sure we had everything we needed or had any Qs. The unit's ski holders were fantastic to help my family store their skis. Great location for Keystone and several other mountains. Was a great unit for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Highly recommend!

The area in Silverthorne was nice as a base for our trip. The kitchen facilities were great and well stocked in terms of being able to prepare food for our family on the trip. Kids really enjoyed the games in the condo as well. Kasey was very responsive so that was really helpful. On the downside, we had to turn on the fan in the larger bedroom after the first night to drown the sound because the boiler next to the unit was making a dripping sound. We reached out to Kasey about this and apparently this was something the HOA of this older condo facility was aware of but couldn’t resolve yet. Also we couldn’t control the temperature in the unit and it was stuffy/warm in there most of the time. The smoke detector battery also likely needs to be replaced because it was making a chirping sound the last night. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Making some improvements to help with temperature and sounds at night would have made this an even better experience.

Excellent Homebase for Ski Weekend

This was a solid property for our family's ski weekend. It's a convenient eight minute drive to all downtown Silverton has to offer and easy to jump on I-70 for access to numerous resorts within fifteen minutes. The layout is comfortable and convenient, the views were awesome, and the kitchen was clean and well-stocked, allowing us to prepare meals for our little kids while sipping apres cocktails and/or morning coffees. Covered parking immediately adjacent to the unit was a real bonus. Pre-arrival communication was excellent, getting access to the unit was simple, and instructions for everything from internet, media entertainment, and checkout were clear and easy to follow. Overall a positive, stress-free experience and a unit we would definitely book again.

Perfect place

Condo was the perfect place to go on vacation with family and friends. Place was clean and has enough rooms for everybody. Kasey is the most accomodating host we have ever experienced. Will definitely go back!

Nice home to stay for a ski trip

The apartment is very spacious and vey clean. The owner is easy to reach and communicate. During our stay, the clubhouse is closed due to renovation, the owner is so generous to offer the refund if we use the Silverthorne Recreation Center. We really enjoyed staying here!

Great property!

This condo is a fantastic place to stay! Kasey was an excellent host and was always quick to respond and take care of anything we needed. The condo is really spacious, has a great kitchen, and was perfect for a home base while skiing. I would highly recommend staying here!

Quick 3 night getaway

From beginning to the end of our 3 night stay everything the condo had to offer was perfect. Pulling into the covered carport right next to the stairs couldn’t be any better. 1 flight up easy. Open the combination lock super smart so no need to figure out who’s got the keys. Open up the door to a nice, open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining room area was well designed and really comfortable to hang. We didn’t realize until the following morning the awesome, unobstructed view of the distant mountains. Really cool. 2 bedrooms were big enough for 4 of us. The queen bed had its own bathroom which was nice, and the double queen bunk was good for my daughter and niece to share. My brother slept on the couch which he never bothered to open up. The other full bath I can’t comment on because I never went into it but others said it was good. The place was clean and neat and had everything we needed, and then some. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed very well equipped. A Basin was about a 20 minute ride which was nothing. We went through town so egg sandwiches at Enzas on the way out and burritos and burgers to bring home on the way back in. Overall a great stay. The only downside was the 5 star rating which might cause a hard time to get next year, or maybe worse an increase in rent

Great unit and host experience

Nice unit as advertised. The host (Kasey) was very responsive to any of our requests and questions, going above and beyond to make our experience great. I will be looking to stay here for future stays and recommending to friends and families.

This property fit all of our needs perfectly! We came to ski for Spring Break, so the condo was great to come back to after a long day! Kitchen was stocked with all needs, bathroom necessities provided, the wood burning fireplace was used nightly, and the view was the best part of all! Nice clean ski condo

Worked well for a family of six for a ski trip. Place was very clean. Well stocked kitchen for us to cook our own meals. The glove and boot dyer was a nice bonus. Our minivan with a car top cargo carrier didn't fit in the covered parking but there was plenty of adjacent parking. We had a question at one point about something and the host got back to us quickly. Would use again.

Our family of four had everything we needed in this clean & pleasant space for our ski vacation.

Owner was extremely pleasant and responsive during all phases of the booking and check-in processes. Our family had plenty of room four lounging, cooking, and sleeping, and there’s easy access to restaurants, shops, and mountains for skiing. The roads to the space are well maintained and the covered parking space was a great. We hope to return!

Classic Colorado Condo!

The condo was perfect for the 3 of us for the week. We skied for a couple days and also hiked at the top of the road on the Lily Pond trail and also on the South Willow Falls trail just a couple miles from the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our dinners and the views were great! We would certainly recommend this condo and would stay here again in a minute!

Close to Summit County Ski Resorts

Great location for all summit county resorts. Community hot tubs onsite were HOT and great after a long ski day. The unit itself had plenty of space for 5-6 adults with a kitchen stocked with basic necessities. Plenty of towels including extras for the hot tub. We didn't hear anyone else in the complex during our stay, but it was a fairly slow weekend for ski traffic due to I-70 closures.
