Villa Albert is a modern and spacious residence, perfect for large groups or families seeking comfort, leisure and privacy all in one place.



On the ground floor, the living room is spacious and inviting, ideal for moments of socialising. On this floor, there is a twin bedroom with private bathroom, as well as a general-use bathroom.



On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, three of them with private bathrooms, and an extra bathroom for greater comfort.



On the lower floor, there are four bedrooms designed to accommodate different needs: one bedroom with four bunk beds, another with a double bed, one with two single beds and a bedroom with four single beds. This floor also has two bathrooms and a games room with billiards, table tennis and table football.



The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates directly with the outdoor area of the house.



On the outside, the heated swimming pool (additional cost), the two XL hot tubs (additional cost), the barbecue and the outdoor dining area create the perfect environment to relax and enjoy.



Located in Armação de Pêra, close to the beach and a short distance from restaurants, bars and local shops.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €400 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 26 guests.

From the 27th to the 34th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.

Villa Albert, Pool, Jacuzzi, Games Room offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
