so arrived there at 6am with my 89 year old dad in wheelchair and 80 year old mom - the entry way was totally crappy but proceeded to lift which is hardly enough for two small people. upon reaching 3rd floor , we had climb 20 more stairs to the unit.which we could not with the wheelchair. so i called owner and said we cannot stay here as my dad cannot climb so much . basically he told me thats not his problem and that he had indicated that no wheelchair in some fine print.ended up going to major hotel to save the day for the trip. i asked for refund or at least be considered and i was told to a vehement no. If you reading this message , think twice about renting this property
We liked the check in and great communication with the host Sarh he did a great job to make us comfortable and provide a place to store our luggage as the room was too small and too many stairs to accommodate multiple items of luggage. We made the best or our time in the city and this was a perfect launching point. The weather was hot so it was nice to have working AC. I wished the hall and elevator also has AC.
Overall it worked out and we were happy with the stay.
