Excellent building in walking distance of Singapore River and the Marina Well done, modern conveniences, it was great after some weeks of third world experiences in SE Asia.

good location, modern hotel.

excellent location in a new / renovated hotel at City Hall with walking distance to local transport, mall and food options. The room is App controlled with sensors etc, which is great but if you don't want the aircon while you can switch OFF the aircon, the sensor switches it back ON because it detects human presence. Further, I am very surprised given it's a modern hotel there is no bidet or similar facilities, first time I am seeing this in any respectable hotel within Asia. One last point, the pillows are of a different shape, too small and hard which makes sleeping uncomfortable - seems like they have tried too hard to be different, sometimes the basics work better !!

Overall, the property and the stay were excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service at check-in. I had two bookings and due to a change in plans, I didn’t use the night of 4 May. I requested to remain in the same upgraded room for both bookings to avoid changing rooms. Despite the fact that I had paid for the unused night of 4 May, I was still charged an additional fee to stay in the upgraded room for the additional night, which I found disappointing and not consistent with the values of the hotel. It felt like an issue with the staff rather than the hotel itself, tbh. The only other minor downside was that drinking water was not provided and had to be purchased separately. Other than that, great hotel and very convenient.

We had a very helpful staff member check us in after a long flight and early arrival. They were very understanding and accomodating, particularly as we had three young children with us. It was very well received. The room was a good size for us all and had great amenities. Bath and shower were also very nice.

We had a junior suite and while the spa was great it was hard to use. No instructions on how to set the temperature, jets etc. The lighting system was very awkward to use. Couldn’t turn off the lights around the bed without getting out of bed or downloading the lightning app. The bed and “little” pillows were great. Very comfortable 👍 The breakfast in the Club Lounge was pretty good and the staff friendly. Concierge were very helpful and informative. The pool was very nice, large and always clean pool towels available. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

We booked this hotel as a family booking and could not find any fault! Absolute 5 star from Start to finish! We loved this hotel, staff were so friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Location is excellent! Swimming pool was brilliant for everyone we travelled with 3 children age 3, 8 & 14 and it was perfect.

We had two blocks of accommodation from April 17 to May 2, 2025. The first stay was reasonable impressive except for an unfamiliar touch control pad in room 751; took awhile to master these functions. No one to teach the elders like me 78yo. The second stay in room 749 met with a few unexpectations of a 5-star hotel. 1)The washing basin was blocked inspite of 3 complaints. 2) the fridge was not cold for us to store our insulin 3) the reading leds above the bed were out of alignment with one led lamp flickering. 4)Interesting in this room 749, the control pad is with pressed buttons instead of touch. It came out more unfriendly than the touch pad in room 751. Regards Richard YS Chung

We stayed at the Grand Park City Hall hotel for 8 nights while on holiday from New Zealand. The hotel is amazing - great location, nice and clean, and great amenities including the pool. We stayed in a room that allowed access to the Crystal Club on level 9. This included breakfast, snacks in the afternoon, and then drinks and food in the evening. For us, this was the standout of our stay, and made better by the staff. Special mention to Iman who was very friendly and welcoming, went out of his way to get to know us, and was knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend and will stay again next time we visit Singapore.
