Room size didn't match the website advertising. Luggage didn't fit in room without needing the bed to allow movement around the room. Not even comfortable for overnight stays. Hotel unhelpful to rectify the situation. Never again will we accept bathroom sink outside the bathroom.

Great views

Generally hotel was very good. The only smal issue was that although hotel is new and clean there was a bit of smell of mold in the air comming out of aircondition unit but, I guess, it is a generla issue in other facilities caused by the climate in the region. On the other hand the view from 16th floor was spectacular

Small shower and toilet

The room was so small didn't realise when booked. The shower and toilet was so small could even open my arms it was so small and that is with shoer and toilet. the toilet was so small the mounts on the seat broke trying to turn around to get the paper. They fixed it next day the same again. but it was in a good position close to 3 MRT station.

Pros: - nice clean modern room/facilities - filtered water tap on room - great location, metro below hotel, buses nearby, in heart of Chinatown - couldn’t hear guests in other rooms/hallway - easy and quick check-in/check-out - breakfast was fine, egg station available Cons: - it’s a compact room/bathroom. I was In a room by myself and it was fine for me. But probably a squeeze with 2 people and 2 big suitcases to open. But the room seemed a similar size to other hotels when I was booking so just the standard size in Singapore
