Great location for a short stay with my wife and two you children. The room was very clean, good shower pressure and comfortable bed. A range of different cuisine options for breakfast and a special shout out to Amy who really looked after us. I would stay again and wish we could have stayed longer!

Our stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering was absolutely exceptional. What stood out most was the incredible design of the hotel—the greenery, architecture, and overall atmosphere made it feel like an urban oasis. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff were outstanding, consistently warm, professional, and quick to assist with anything I needed. The amenities were equally impressive, especially the pool and wellness facilities, which added so much to the overall experience. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff were kind and courteous. Definitely a convenient spot as the Chinatown mall is a 3 minute walk. We didn’t use the amenities to its fullest, and we still had a wonderful experience! We plan to come back very soon.

Great location. Best to go with the buffet option for dining at breakfast as the service for A La Carte wasnt great as there was limited wait staff to take your order. We waited 30+ min then had to go get someone to order avaocado toast and 2 eggs. We didnt need a full proce buffet for such little food before we had to leave.

Absolutely loved my stay at Park Royal! The hotel and its facilities are excellent, clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was spacious and in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!
