The property itself does not have restaurant. The breakfast restaurant is shared with other 2 resorts nearby. The queue for entering the restaurant took at least 30 mins. We ended up do not have breakfast. The duty manager is extremely helpful and friendly, he helped me solved laundry issue.

I would not recommend this place for families. You have to walk through a stretch from the Casino if you are coming from the Resort world side which has a heavy smoke smell. The place is slow and small, I had to queue almost 30 mins daily just to get carpark coupon. It is terrible place with not much food options u less you are open to walk to RWS all the time. Spacious place but nothing special.

Great Hotel

The Hotel and location were amazing. Staff and the facilities were great. Although it is disappointing that a large section of Resorts World was closed for renovations. Some restaurants were closed which was hard for dining options.

The accommodation and staff were very friendly. However, upon check-in we needed to pay an extra 100 Singapore dollars per night to secure an additional bed. The booking was made for two adults and two children, however we will put in a room with two single beds! This is absolutely crazy, the accommodation for the fortnight in total was 1900 Singapore dollars to put that into Contacts, we are paying the same amount for 10 nights in Thailand with breakfast included! The breakfast was also extraordinarily overpriced at 160 Singapore dollars for a family of 4 to adults and two children! Resort was okay, not five star by any mean! Make sure you check your booking and that you have enough space to accommodate a full family of four people! Overall rating, 2 1/2 half out of five stars

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Our kids had an amazing stay. The personal touches and kid friendly amenities made them very happy. Conveniently located close to universal, water park and sea world. We got given free tickets to the Adventure Cove Waterpark which the kids loved. Will definitely be staying again!

Hotel was ok … just another hotel though. I booked a room with pool view and a balcony … the room had about an inch of pool view and the balcony could not be used - locked … so there’s went my quiet reading and contemplation spot. Hotel crew were extremely good .. could not be faulted. Area as a whole felt sad … so much has gone from the immediate area while rebuilding. Food options were expensive or downright awful …. once everything reopens or redevelops i am sure it will go back to what I remembered years ago …
