I like the hotel as it can be a quiet getaway for reflection. The room is nice and clean, well maintained after the renovation. Though toilet is a bit dated with bath tub. But then it's good for soaking. Staff are nice, check in very cordial and smooth. Housekeeping is observant and thorough. Overall very nice experience.

We had a room in the 7 floor. It was very noise from the mechanical equipment on the roof above us. Very frustrating. The light switch from the bath room did not work correctly. Asked to have it fixed but the repair did not last more then one operation of the switch. The cost of food for the buffet for breakfast or dinner was outrageous. And the cost for a drink at the bar was also outrageous.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. The shuttle times need to be looked at because there is no shuttle from 12:30 to 6:15pm. If you do not want to wait use GRAB (like UBER) to get transportation to the hotel. The cost is very reasonable. We used a large van for $30. Across the street you can find all different types of food which is Changi Village Hawker Center, a UNESCO center.

My flight was late so no shuttle but I’m hoping to use it today A few things in the room power points noff TV working first room wouldn’t open so had to go down loft and be moved So I missed out on balcony. But the staff are excellent And the facilities are good Just hope it doesn’t get to tired

Short visit to Singapore

Has airport shuttle. Rooms and bath room big . Bed was comfortable. A bit far from the city proper. It was clean but showing its age. Front desk staff Charra , was very helpful. Check in and check out was quick.

We love this hotel have stayed here three times. It’s minutes away from great restaurants and shopping. The beautiful island for a hike is 5 minutes away. Two issues. We had trouble making the shower work right. Second is not enough shuttle times. When we heard we had to wait an hour before the next shuttle, we took a taxi.

The airport shuttle is rarely available and the distance from the airport is actually quite far and further away from the centre of Singapore. The staff wouldn’t allow me to drink a coffee at breakfast time either which I thought was rather disappointing although I appreciate i didn’t have breakfast included!
