These hotel rooms are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. They offer nearly identical layouts and are ideal for up to two guests. Each room is fully prepared for your stay, with beds made up prior to your arrival and a private bathroom complete with towels.

Beach - Sint-Annaland
Just a 5-minute walk from the park lies a public sandy beach, perfect for relaxing during the summer months. The beach has a gentle slope, making it safe for children to play at the water’s edge. Pack your beach bag and towel, build sandcastles with the little ones, and enjoy a refreshing swim. Time seems to fly in this serene setting. Please note, from May 1 to October 1, dogs must be kept on a leash at the beach.
The Garden & Jungle Garden
Stroll through the park, turn right, and walk just 200 meters to reach the lush green oasis of "De Jungletuin," situated next to Kwekerij van Dijke. This tropical garden offers a peaceful retreat where you can savor a cup of coffee or tea surrounded by beautiful greenery. On weekends, treat yourself to a delicious slice of apple pie while you relax in this charming setting.
Walking and Cycling
Sint-Annaland and the island of Tholen are a haven for walking and cycling enthusiasts. The area boasts an extensive network of routes that showcase the natural beauty of the island. As you explore, you’ll pass dikes, historic farms, expansive polders, and vibrant flower fields, all providing a stunning backdrop for your journey. Zeeland is particularly well-suited for walkers and cyclists, with numerous marked junctions to help you create your own route, both in Sint-Annaland and across Tholen.
Diving and Snorkeling
The waters of Zeeland are a favorite among divers from around the world, offering numerous locations to explore an enchanting underwater world. The Oosterschelde National Park and Grevelingenmeer are especially popular for their unique marine life, vibrant flora, and fascinating diving wrecks. Dive site 73, located on the beach of Sint-Annaland, is within walking distance of the park and provides an excellent spot to dive into the wonders of the Zeeland waters.


Damage Deposit and Booking Policy
Guests are required to make a prepayment for the damage deposit at any time during the reservation process. If payment is not received within the specified time frame, the park reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Conduct and Behavior
Guests, along with their family members or travel group, must dress appropriately and behave respectfully, avoiding any actions that may disturb other residents or guests. We aim to provide an environment of peace and tranquility for all, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining this atmosphere.Mandatory Deposit: €50.

Parking and Vehicle UseEach chalet includes parking for one car. Additional vehicles may only be parked at the entrance parking area at the owner's risk.If there is space for a second vehicle at the chalet, an additional sensor/tag will need to be purchased.The barriers at the reception are operated using a sensor/tag linked to the guest's name. These will be provided along with the chalet keys upon arrival.Motor vehicles are prohibited from driving faster than 10 km/h within the park, and driving on lawns or sidewalks is strictly forbidden.
Reception HoursHigh Season: The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00, 13:00 to 17:30, and 18:30 to 20:00.Low Season: Open from 10:00 to 18:00.Sunday: The reception closes at 13:00.

Booking RestrictionsBusiness bookings are not allowed at the park.Groups of young people and party bookings are prohibited.
Brasserie De Deu-Braek
The brasserie offers a seasonal menu with a variety of classic dishes that cater to all tastes, including options for children and vegetarians. During pleasant weather, you can enjoy your meal on the terrace, while children have fun on the swings or in the climbing house.
Bike Rentals
Bicycles for both adults and children are available for rent at the reception.Children’s Bicycle: €3 for half a day / €6 for a full day.Adult Bicycle: €5 for half a day / €9 for a full day.Handcart: €5 for a full day.Dog or Children’s Cart: €15 per day (includes bicycle).
Solex Rentals
Take a nostalgic tour of a classic Solex through the Thoolian landscape. Solex rentals can be reserved in advance or requested at reception. Reservations are recommended, as demand is high.Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid (moped) driving license.
Fresh Bread Rolls
You can order fresh bread rolls and croissants at the reception and pick them up the following morning to enjoy with your breakfast.
