All new construction, all new furnishings Sioux Falls is waiting for you at this lovely 1-bed 1-bath home .Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, and coffee bar. A very clean home with a cozy living room perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom offer a serene atmosphere with a king suite ,bathroom with large walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Full length, mirror and private workspace. The living room offers a couch beautiful chair, to make you feel right at home Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and a washer and dryer . We'll be available to answer any questions we are located on a 3 Block Loop we have very little traffic. A very quiet neighborhood. We are one of the few short time rentals that is licensed and inspected by the state and city of Sioux Falls, which is really easy to do when everything is brand new. We are only minutes from a lot of restaurants, bars, lounges and of course, a ton of shopping about nine minutes from downtown Sioux Falls 10 minutes from the Falls two minutes from the avera hospital and 10 minutes from Sanford sports complex while you stay at Prairie Haven, we await for your arrival also there is no basement or use of garage.
