I really liked the hotel, but was very disappointed with the hot tub being broke. I even called before i booked the room to make sure there was a hot tub and it was going to be working.

Almost Perfect

The location can't be beat. On the pedestrian trails to so many things, including the falls park, and downtown. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. On the bad side is the traffic noise (auto, air, rail) and the rather thin construction of the hotel. We're pretty sure we had a family of elephants the room above us, and we could hear every door slam on our floor. Those environmental things aside, we had a wonderful stay.

Mediocre at best

The fan in the bathroom was not working. We were next to the elevator and heard people outside our door talking as they waited for the elevator. The elevator was slow and didn't always respond properly to the buttons pushed. The breakfast was great and the staff member m s working breakfast was very friendly and helpful. I found the staff very helpful.
