Never stay again

It was horrible the pictures on website need to be updated. There are people that live their some of these people look like they are on drugs . The first room we were put in smelled like cigarettes and the smoke detector was covered by some plastic the room wasn't very clean. Second room they moved us to was even worse the curtains falling off looked like they were burnt. The sheet has blood stain on them the toilet was leaking.. the top sheets had burn marks on them . Floors were sticky feeling. They then let us look at another room which was more decent than the others. Wanted a refund but since I went through hotels com was a third party and be a process to get refund back. I was limited to show much money we had to stay. Then a man was outside by our truck looking through our windows. The front told us that he lives there he was intoxicated we tried saying something through window at him he told us to f*** off. The front desk just asked him if he was alright when they approached him and didn't say anything to him. The pool area was dirty looking. Everything about that place just looked awful. The breakfast was not great not to many selections of anything or nothing left. Tenants they should advertise that they have them living there. Need to remodel whole place or tear down. Only here for a basketball tournament for son. One night was to much don't recommend staying there. I paid more going through hotels.com for the room

Hotel is run down. Pool area needs TLC. Room carpets are very old. Walls have been repainted but not a quality job. Stairwells were dirty. Not enough towels, only had two in the room for a family of 5. No towels in the pool area. Understaffed, the front receptionist was doing many jobs. Breakfast was ok, eggs were very soggy. The seating area has been remodeled and was decent.

The property was not good sketchy area, checked in and checked right back out the room smelled terrible of musty mold, room was not clean. Bathroom smelled like pee. Very gross would not have felt comfortable sleeping in the beds or showering, do not recommend staying here.

There were things that were not properly put in. The toilet paper holder and the door stop is only screwed into the sheet rock and not into the stud.

The desk staff did the what what they could but the place is being held together by a thousand "patches" lights falling off the walls, mirrors falling off the walls, the ceiling in our first room (260) was leaking and the one in our second room (154) was falling into the tub and toilet... no joke. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, if it wasn't for the desk staff there would be nothing good to say. Doors were patched with Gorilla tape, windo screens were falling out. Maintenance is obviously very bad at what they so. I was told by one staff member that this has been an issue for a wile. We didn't eat there... why risk it after what we saw. I have paid less and expected less for that money but got much more, this is is not a "ya get what ya pay for place. I hate to be negative but its the truth. The pool area was out of towels, the stairs and supports to the slide were rusty bad enough and long enough to stain the ground it was dripping on. Oh and in room 154 we also had a cracked glass in one windo. I absolutely wouldn't be surprised if there is mold in the walls and floors as well

I didn't even stay.. checked in and it was eerie with some interesting people. Went to the pool and the waterside wasn't even on, not that i would use it though because the stairs looked NASTY. The only reason for two stars is because the front desk lady was super nice.

Was dirty had a bad smell uncomfortably beds bad location so many crack heads and homeless at night. Outside B door wouldn’t latch and keep getting left open for anyone to come in. Stayed 1 night and that was 1 night to long! My kids was scared to even go to sleep and wanted to go home. Never again. Plus side the front desk lady was friendly!
