It's perfect for our group, is well equipped, clean and well maintained. The addition of the hot tub was a nice bonus! I would recommend to never go through VRBO and always use Black Butte Realty.

Our group has been staying at Black Butte Ranch annually over 25 years. We will stay in this home again. Thanks!!One thing that would make it a total 5-star is the smaller bed at the end of the hallway bedroom downstairs could be more comfortable.

Weather was perfect. The house was immaculate upon our arrival, and the host even had a couple of lights turned on and the A/C had been turned on, which made it great coming into the house.

There were no pans to cook beans or pasta.. I went to a friend and borrowed two big pots. Very few kitchen towels for 12 people.

Limited closet space in upper queen bedroom (need to replace useless hutch with a wardrobe from Ikea/Walmart/etc) but across the hall bath isn't inconvenient.

It turned out only 3 of us could make it and we just used the 2 upstairs rooms. We were all extremely comfortable. We hosted family dinners with people from other rentals and had everything we needed to cook some amazing meals and serve them on the deck or at the huge dining room table. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels were fabulous! I'd love to know the brand so I can buy some.
